Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchange (if applicable)
If by any chance we send you the wrong or a faulty product, you have the right to return us that product in Original Condition within 7 days of your purchase and get another product replacement at no additional cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive your required item within 4 to 5 working days.
Note: There is no Color Fade warranty & if broken after receiving
Refund:
If you have received your item and unfortunately didn’t like it, still we accept return/Refund. Refund is applicable only if item is in its original condition. 20% service charges will be deducted on refund payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
